1. Executive Summary
January was a high-velocity month focusing on Monetization, Retention, and Infrastructure Stability. We successfully integrated the IAP (In-App Purchase) system for mobile, overhauled the audio experience with FMOD, and stabilized the build pipeline for both iOS and Android.
Key Achievements:
- Releases: Deployed 8 updates (Builds v0.6.18 – v0.6.25).
- Monetization: Completed "Fertilizer" IAP integration.
- Engagement: Added Leaderboards, Ranking, and "Stat Booster" progression systems.
